Girls… How much do we spend on Health and Beauty products alone..? No matter they are, there is something in women that make them wanna look good all the time… Oh please.. I know this does also apply to married women and not-so fashionista gals… What’s with women and mirrors…? Gosh… A girl can’t resist talking look at mirror in the school, in the mall, or just somewhere that she can see her reflection… Hmmn.. Girls…? Do you have some health and beauty favorite stuffs…? I don’t put or use that much stuffs, but I admit… I do have some favorites…

Hair care products- Not that much.. I admit, dandruff was a problem.. But it is a “was” already.. Nizoral helped, but not totally.. Hands down on Selsun Blue… any conditioners will do.. And of course, my Conair hair blower and Conair styling kit.. I don’t flat iron my hair that much to prevent too much damage on my damaged hair… lol..

Skin care products- Gosh… speaking of.. I had terrible acne on my forehead… Weird… That’s the only spot on my face that acne attacks… Tried Proactive, but it didn’t work.. I was close to desperate till’ I tried Neutrogena acne kit.. I like it, but only the cleanser.. The kit makes my face so dry.. As for now, Acne stress facial wash from Neutrogena is working wonders for me… Olay answers the dryness problem from Salicylic acid treatment… As for foundations, I love the Mousse one from Maybelline, top with L’oreal mineral foundation…

Bath and Body products- Well.. Any body wash will do, but my favorite is one from Olay.. Leaves your skin soft and the scent is so good.. And oh please.. Since it’s Fall already, I couldn’t live without a lotion.. I always has to have one… I used Eucerin for my hands.. They need it.. working in the hospital makes my hands so dry from all those hand washing and hand sanitizer stuffs..

Tired of going to a grocery? Worst if you ended up empty handed because they don’t have exactly what you are looking for..? Why not try Health and Beauty online shopping…? Anyways.. Hard to be a girl..? Not really.. We all are beautiful in our own way.. We don’t need cosmetics and all those to look good.. Just always put a smile in your face and wear a good heart, and you are good to go… :-)
