I never thought that I would love Nursing. When I first started it, I just hated. I cursed my family for making me took this path. But turned out to be more than what I wanted.

My heart just delights on every patient that would walk out of our doors. To see them get better is satisfying. With me being as introverted (I think?), taking care of my patients have taught me to interact with people a little bit more than my usual.

A week ago, I received a card from one of our patients that was discharged home. This doesn’t happen a lot to me so I’m glad. I’m not boasting, but this is the first time that I received a card addressed to me by a patient so it is very special.

That is absolutely beautiful! It must be tough studying to become a nurse but the outcome of it sounds very rewarding :) You are making a difference everyday!

I’m studying to be a nurse too, but it’s SO hard!
I just hope one day to receive the same satisfaction that you did helping out other people, especially getting that nice patient who wrote you that letter!

That is so sweet for a patient. It feels so good you’ve been a big help to someone without expecting something in return. :)

It’s good you’re loving Nursing. I really don’t want to take Nursing, but if that’s the case, I’ll probably learn to love it too. Oh don’t be confused, I’m an IT graduate. Hehe.

Dropping here, from Trish’s blog. I hope you could still remember me. :)
